Songs

Using a home recording studio and outside recording facilities for vocals, backup vocals and mastering, my songs cover a range of genres:  Pop, Rock, Country, R&B, Techno, Dance, Smooth Jazz, Gospel, Folk and Latino.  But such genres are rooted in acoustic sounds.  In the digital domain, a palette of nearly 11,000 sampled sounds was explored.  Of course, not all of them were used.  Many sounds have no analog instrument counterpart, even though they are used to color any given genre. 

My goal is to achieve crossover.  As I move forward into the future, I hope to explore music more on an international level, what some call, World Beat.  Ideally, I’d like to defy category.
